Collage on canvas - "Summer Garden"

Here is the latest offering ! (This is only the second collage I have done so as always your comments would be appreciated.)

It is part painted, there is hand made paper, stamping, ribbon, gems etc. The gold sun is made by stamping in black ink into a pool of hot encaustic wax and cutting it out. The pink flower petals are made of wood.

Found these Aqua Glass butterfly outline stickers amongst the stash , it prompted a bit of a butterfly fest!

Butterfly Cards

I do love butterflies, maybe you can tell!

These 2 cards are simple enough - the pinky/red paper is from PM "Inspirations"which has been pleated then a butterfly, chipboard letters & some clear gems added.

The blue paper is DCVW with a ruffled blue organza ribbon & stamped greeting. The butterfly is an Aqua Glass outline onto acetate, glittered with ultrafine art glitter & wire "tails" added.

Birthday Card

I have made this card for my brother-in-laws

birthday using Dovecraft designer papers (again!), a mirri card mat with the "celebrate" sticker on it , a gold peel off sticker and swirly stamp in black by Studio G and finally some yellow adhesive stones.

Altered tin

Started with a plain tin which had had some tags in . Stamped the top with swirls (Studio G) which was then heat embossed with clear powder, then the whole lid covered in embossing powder( whilst it was still hot) and reheated. It has bubbled a little bit - I think I over heated it ! Added some eyelets and crystal gems around the sides and some pretty blue ribbon around the edge of the lid. Because of the eyelet holes I think this would be good for pot pourri.

Girlfriend - card

Backing paper from a Dovecraft pack (cant remember the name!), black ribbon , words & swirls (Studio G stamps) matted on to shiny black card, curly metal clip added to mat. Glitter glue highlights the black flower.

Fortune Teller - ATC

Background created by using rub 0n waxes onto textured paper, image from stock bought ages ago, star is waxed and glazed with 3D clear glaze, scrap of ribbon.

Believe in Dreams - fat page

Background paper from "Fantasy" pack by Dovecraft, words from printed ribbon and paper scraps, eyelets, glitter & tiny blue adhesive stones.

A couple of cards......

Once again using the Colossal "inspirations" papers, decoupaging parts of them, Brilliance ink in white for the swirls & words and a butterfly rub-on.

Altered cd

This is a fat page I did for a monthly draw on the forum I am a member of, using paper from the PM Colossal range , brilliance ink pads and some glitter paint. The butterfly is a rub-on.

"Friends" book

This little book was made from an old childrens board book, mostly using K&Co papers & embellishments.

Ok so far so good!
Have made a couple of "moos" -( hope they are right, please someone tell me if not!) so will add those along with the atc below.
