This time its altered jigsaw pieces , hosted by Andrea on ATC . It was an open theme so just played about with some new stamps I havent used before.

Skinny swap on LTD this time ! The theme is "scenic" - had fun doing these even if the end result is a little dodgy lol!!

Another swap on LTD hosted by Hilda, this time tags. the theme is Paris - bet you couldn't tell that!!

Ang was hosting a recipe swap on ATC forum - 1 atc, 1 twinchie & 1 tag, all had to have a flower a brad ribbon and yellow.

This altered matchbox is my entry for the July Art Raffle on ATC - I got to choose the theme of "Seaside" cos I won the June raffle.

Postcard swap

In reverse order.........................lol!!

Andrea is hosting an ongoing postcard swap on LTD using the letters of the alphabet. So here is a b & c.....or c b & a! Anyway, A was created using a set from Serif digital scrapbooking, parts of which have been 3D'd, B has an inked background then ran a Versamark pad over sequin waste to get the pattern & embossed with white on one side adding the flag and the bear
(Cant remember where they came from so apologies!) C has a textures gold background , a chinese dragon image (again unknown source) printed the word China on the computer & added the "seal" which is made by stamping into hot embossing powder.

Seems to be a theme happening here..............................

Swap Challenge - Wearable Art

For the July Swap Challenge on ATC forum - hosted by moi! - I decided we should make some wearable art. I chose to make this necklace. The heart is made of utee, the 2 holes made with a hot embossing tool (knew it would come in handy for something!) then strung onto a thin black lace. The round beads are wood except for the pearl ones and the long beads are made from paper (K&Co) which was cut into strips and rolled then brushed with glaze. The fastening is a wooden bead and loop.
